At Bio&Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gut-healthy purchases. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 14-day return window for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Check Your Items
Upon delivery, please inspect your packages and ensure all seals are intact and the products match your order confirmation.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue, email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization code if a physical return is required.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
